I have a copier Ricoh Mp2000 and I would like to set up a password, how can I do that?

Because I follow the user handbook and I can not do that.

Are you wanting to use a password in order to manage the machine or for individual users to use the machine?

Turn on User Authentication in User Tools - System Settings - Administrator Tools. Set it for User Code and indicate what functions you wish to restrict. Setup user in address book management. In the authentication tab, check the box for those functions that you want each user to have access to.
