    [Jamming] MP C 2503 Z Jam wont clear

    Z Jam wont clear, all sensors are working. anyone run into this?

      Jam letter Z is in the duplex unit. You most likely have a scrap of paper in the duplex unit. Check SP 7507-001 to see where the last jam during operation occurred. Another possibility is that you have a door switch that is not working.

          Hey Slim it was the transfer roller. i took it out then did 5801-2 , then it gave me a SC 240-04/laser code, turned it off and then on then it started printing. i told them not to slam the side door...LOL
