Guys, i installed new machine model MP C2503sp with fax option and internal finisher. When I switch on the machine, SC 272-01 appears. I cycled on and off the machine but still the same error. I removed the fax option but SC 670 appears in the screen. When I put the fax option back to the machine, SC 272-01 appears again. Why did it happen since the machine is brand new. Can you help me?
