Pro 5100 Finisher not shifting the paper stack?

Hi, Never had this before but I have a finisher on a Pro 5100 and the stack will not shift when collating, they just go on top of each other, but not shifted so the customer has a big block and not a staggered block. I have made sure the Job Separation is on even tho I know that is for two different jobs but that does not work either. Is this another Firmware update? Last one was September 2014 or is it a case of finding a Ricoh Pixie and if I tell it the right password it tells me to see the troll under the Bridge who will then tell me that I should of bought a different machine!!

    Thanks

    Tim

Hi I sorted this. The machines default is collate which is fine but if you want the stack to be staggered you need to switch on rotate shift. This use to feed A4 then A4r for the next stack but Ricoh have made it shift. Funny but it works and that's what counts.
