[Jamming] Mpc2051, adf3050 jamming issues

I have an Mpc 2051 with the adf 3050 which is giving issues with double sided docs.
On the return of document it wanders towards the rear of the ADF intermittently and rips the document any help please.
I've changed nearly all guides with no improvement at all ,cleaned all rollers etc .
Hope someone can spread a bit of light.

Could be the df hinge, push the back left down when feeding to see if it is.
