    Ricoh Pro 5100s SC515-02

    Hi.

We have a Ricoh Pro 5100s that keeps getting SC515-02, when making duplex copies.

We found that there were allot of toner/dev spilled in the drawer unit, and clogging up the mechanics of the shift rollers.

We replaced the shift rollers and the bushings, and even the shift motor and sensors, and it worked again for 1 month.

Now it's giving SC515-02 codes again, and cleaning the mechanics does not help. We also replaced the whole black PCUD unit, and the ITB cl.unit, in case they were the reason for the toner leakage/spilling.

Anyone having any experience/solutions for this? Seems like something is moving too slow.

Did you find a solution to this impetus73?

Just out of customer with same issue, replaced HP sensors cleaned shafts and bushing still no go.

Hi, im having the same issue, tried cleaning the duplex unit out free of any spilt toner. Still jams though.
Iv noticed that when it jams there is paper on the transport belt, just before the fuser, which seems to be completely skewed.
      Really need a solution please.

Ps for toner spill check Transfer cleaning unit front and back seals are still there or intact. Iv had it where the front seal has fallen off causing toner to leak out the front side of the itb cleaning unit onto the drawer below.
