A Ricoh Sp c420dn appear suddenly Front/side cover open and the switches is ok

How did you determine the switch is ok, did you open the door and hold the switch in by hand if so and it worked to cure the open message then check where the switch contacts the door and make sure the door is not broken, its one of the two if the switch works by manually activating it then the door must not be pushing the switch in.

Yes i did this the second machine for me that problem happens to it

Have you tried to locate and test all switches via input check sp?

there is 3 switches 2 for door detection and 1 for power and closed by 2 the 2 doors i checked it all
