Sc 901 on ricoh 2018d

M/c with 157K clicks on counter. I replaced counter as for the cheapest solution, but not the most possible defect part, then i did an NVM Ram clear 5-801 with no positive result. I checked fuses on P.S.U also.
Any experience about this, or suggestions? Should i have to replace BICU??

If the pins for the counter ohm out at the BICU board then replace the BICU.
