You have choose the bypass tray wich does not have paper.

I am from Spain.


If I'm technical systems.


The problem is that the sensor is not what I see.


Someone with more experience in these printers know the P / N to buy the missing piece.


Certainly there any way to do a reset the printer to clear all settings and leave the factory.

why do they always think a reset is the "Golden ticket"?
i would sell you the part from one of machines i use for parts but shipping and paying become an issue
