hi i have an issue on a mpc300 df jams only on back to back it passes through once but as soon as it pulls it back it jams but not all the time i have cleaned all sensors but it still happens any help will do thanks
There is some sensors in the feeder back side for the motors rotation and may be the jam caused by paper feeding at the same time the feeder is scanning the back side so the feeder is stopping .
