Hello to all.Recently i installed a fresh Ricoh Mp2501sp.The machine will print simple pages in a4 size and invoices.So the thing is that when i adjust the printer properties to print the simple docs from tray2 and the invnoices from tray 1 the erp program desides to print from another tray and so on.Is there is something i can do to ensure the client that it is not printer problem.I had the idea to create a copy of the printer driver and make the arragements.Any thoughts or ideas will be welcomed.Thanks in advance to you all.By the way does anyone know if the app for android is not working.It keeps asking username and password.

The easy way is the best way. Make 2 printers, 1 for invoices, 1 for docs.

The name is irelevant.I had just the same idea with a collegue right now.This is what we are going to do.2 printers for the same pc.one for invoices and one for simple docs.thanks anyway.The Essentials Of ImagingComment

Don't forget to make changes under print preference in advance tab. Sometimes app don't use local profileComment
