DX 3240 ERROR 02

Hi
Having a problem with a DX 3240 Duplicator generating an 02 code.
Have replaced the 2 height sensors also the loom assy.
The paper table travels up to the feed roller but the other
end of the paper tables travels a bit further as a result the table is
at an angle.. Any information regarding this problem would be appreciated.

remove the tray lift motor and try lift the tray by hand sounds like something blocking it from lifting evenly either at the front or the rear remove the front and rear covers and you should be able to see whats blocking it .

There are a couple of places both in the front and the back where if you put the wrong length screw in, it will stick out through the side frame far enough for the paper table to hit. Voice of experience.
