MPC 2050 Language Card

Hello,
I have one MPC 2050 that is speaking Italian. I want to make it speak English, but I discover the language button in user settings is not active. Do I have to get the language SD card? Can someone help?

There is no language card. Display language is a firmware option. You might also want to check the security settings.
