You need to log in to the copier through user tools, Most of the time its Admin and no password but if that doesn't work its anyones guess.

the a in admin should be lower case(if its still set to default)...did you try that?

Swap rams inside controller board,
Make sure to print out none default programs before doing that because everything will be reset. Good luck
