SP8300DN Counter page missing meter clicks?

Hi All

We setup a SP8300DN today and when enabling the Meter click charge, you can see the meter amount but when you print the meter page, it shows the serial number and date, but no meter info?

Has anyone come across this? I checked and re-checked the sp modes but find nothing that is set incorrectly.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Hello, the right SP is 5-930, put it on "1". Hope it helps.
