ricoh aficio mp w2400 screen problem !

the screen of the plotter doesn't show anything but a white light but the touch seems to work normal i can hear the sound when i touch it ,
any suggestions on cause and how i could solve this will e great

I have had one that has gone TOO DARK and have replaced the LCD - VGA (B238 1485). I have also had to replace the touchscreen (B223 1484) because of calibration issues. The touchscreen is the same one used on the MP C2500/C3000/C4500. Don't know if this helps.
