fax reception problem (MPC 305spf)

The machine is just showing "RECEIVING" but there is no print coming out from international fax. Local fax is printed ok. I already changed the setting on G3 switch 03 bit 2 (lower bit rate) but still same problem. Any ideas?

Do you have Error Correction Mode (ECM) turned off? 104-002 in fax service.

Is there any errors listed in the fax log from that number?
