[Error Code] Ricoh J201 Error Ricoh MPC3500

Hi Guys,

When trying to install the papercut extended feature on the ricoh MPC 3500 I'm getting an error J201?
The Java card is in the machine and is "starting-up" as normal.
Cant find any info in service manual.

I'm thinking this is a firmware issue but thought i'd post here before going back tomorrow with firmware in case its something else.
