Ricoh Mp305 How to cancel print on fax forwarding to mail?

Hi All,

Can someone help me, about Ricoh Mp301 how to stop print in fax forwarding.
my client want to forward fax received into soft copy to email & want to cancel fax received print.

what switch And Bit i need to adjust.

i try switch 11 bit 5 & 21 bit 2 fax received continue to print. how to stop print

Maybe if you set the proper bits:

SW 11 Bit 6 (0=off) disable printing of faxes
SW 21 Bit 3 sets file type (0=tiff / 1=PDF)

Parameter 11 bit 6 = 0 to stop printing
Parameter 21 bit 3 = 1 to forward as PDF

Maybe if you set the proper bits:

Parameter 11 bit 6 = 0 to stop printing
Parameter 21 bit 3 = 1 to forward as PDF

You might want to store this information in a text file on your computer for the next time you need it.
