Hello guys, I have a problem with this machine, when I send landscape jobs with PS driver (Only available at Ricoh website) with custom paper size, job comes out Portrait and sometimes with other configuration the machine cut correctly the paper size but image comes out wrong, I will upload a file to show you guys my problem.
I try pretty much every configuration possible but nothing change,

Go to User Tools, Printer Settings Page 2 RPGL Menue Setting 47 and put there setting to whole Picture. After this restart whole Maschine and try.
