Ricoh MP C6501 sp can't print 600 mm long with EFI E7200!

Hi!
I've Ricoh Mpc6501 sp with EFI controller E7200 server. I've change sp 5150-01 to 1, but when print 600 mm long, it display message " Invalid Paper Size was specified. Press <reset> to Cancel Job."
Anyone help me fix it!

Do you have the SR5000 finisher installed? If you do then you can't do 600mm.

Try this:

SP5-150 allows users to configure custom paper sizes with a maximum horizontal length of 600mm, but the printer drivers do not allow users to input 600mm in the custom paper size horizontal length setting. How can I make the SP5-150 feature actually valid?

You can force the machine to use "Machine settings" instead of "Driver settings" by configuring the machine.
1. Enable SP5-150
2. From Printer Features, go to System > Bypass Tray Setting Priority, and change it from Driver/Command (default) to Machine Settings.

3. From System Settings, go to Tray Paper Setting > Printer Bypass Paper Size.
�� Select Custom Size and enter a value up to 600mm for the Horizontal length.

Note: Users will still not be able to enter the value in the driver, but because driver settings for paper size will be ignored, the custom paper size of up to 600mm in horizontal length will be printed.

I've update all patch for EFI controller, and my Firmware rom is 1.03. I used command work station. In command work station, i 've set custom 305x600mm well, on the mechine MPC 6501, i've set size bypass tray to 305x600mm well. But it don't work.
