MP C6502 D2 Fuser Jam code

Hi

I have a MP c6502 with d2 fuser jam code,

Spent 8 hrs on it yesterday, we have replaced all parts in that area from another fully working machine still does the same not sure if it is a software or board issue?. The parts also include the coiled cable which is at the back of the unit.

If anyone has had this it would be great

Same problem. Displays jam at D2. Bulletin says to replace eprom on BCU, but this did not help. Jam code = J001

I've had the D2 lever break off the sensor actuator on the under side of the lever, Thanks to the "church lady". replacing the D2 lever fixed the constant D2 jam that would not clear. Mine was on the c5100, same part.
