How to do special service program mode for ricoh cl 7200 or gesterner c7528.

    Greetings to all,

Situation: I have replaced NVram for controller to zero the meter.
Problem: I can't change the SP5045 to 1 for page counter selection.
Anybody knows how to do it or how to go to special service mode?

it would be a great help for me.

    thank you

Normally, to enter special mode, just press and hold # when entering the Sp menu. Not sure for the printer versions though...

Thanks anyway. Problem solve already. Special service mode can be done by turning the power on while pressing jobreset and arrow down button together.

Enter the normal SP mode key combination, then hold the EXT3 (left panel of the screen, bottom button) key and press the SP mode you require.
