    Printer setting error (mp c3503)

Guys, what is the problem of the machine when you print the configuration page, the IP address is not shown correctly. For example, the IP address that you entered in the machine is 10.10.10.xx, when you print the configuration page, the IP address shown is 11.22.33.44. It is properly shown in the display but not in the configuration page. You are not able to ping the machine that is why the machine is not printing. We reset the SYSTEM SETTING, perform software reset and reformatted the HDD but still we are not able to get the correct configuration page. The machine is brand new. Any ideas?

    Hello.

Did you try with DHCP? What IP address picks?

The IP 11.22.33.44 is when you do not have any connection in the board.

You may have an issue of reservations ...

What do you mean by reservations? Isn't it that once we entered the IP address in the machine, it will appear in the configuration page even if it is not connected to the network.

          Hi ,
Resetting NCS will do , if not this solve your prob. try telnet your machine and use access flush command to restore the default settings so that all access ranges become "0.0.0.0" for IPv4

It could be as simple as you failed to save the fixed IP address you assigned it. 11.22.33.44 is the default fixed IP address that will be shown if a valid IP address has not been saved. User Tools - System Settings - Interface Settings. For manual IP address, be sure to press OK button at upper right after making changes to IP address, sub net mask and default gateway. If you press OK and it does not store, you may need to recalibrate or replace the touch screen.

The IP address assigned is stored as it was seen in the display in the INTERFACE setting. But when configuration page is printed, it shows IP address of 11:22:33:44

You can set an IP reservation on DHCP server. Is it a server? or is it connected to a router?

Did you set your printer with DHCP on?? What was the result?
