Aficio mp 201, no power to display

Machine comes on with a blank display. Power light is on and customers are able to print to machine. We have tried putting op panel on machine we know is working, op panel works on new machine. We swapped the power supply to working machine with their panel and both work. Put back on customers machine and same issue, no display. Checked display with flash light, no display. I'm thinking BICU issue but manager wants me to try harness first. Any ideas? Thanks for you time

When replacing the BICU, remove the NVRAM [D] from the board. Install the
    NVRAM to the new board.

Thank you for the replies. The controller for this model doesn't have NVRAM chip. I tried running without controller box also with no change. Have a BICU coming in from hytech to check.

Replaced BICU and we now have a working machine. Was replaced by another tech so not sure of what he did for counters
