    Ricoh MP 5002

Does anybody know the EDP code of the PCDU's for the printer version of this machine? I know I've seen it here before and I've actually asked the question before, but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance.

    402960
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

      MP5002
      D1292110 PCU:ALEX-C2:EXP:SERVICE:ASS'Y

Printer version of MP5002 is SP8300DN
      M1322100 PCU:SERVICE:ASS'Y

Can't get any EDP code as they are service parts not user parts.

He's asking specifically for the "printer version" of the 5002.

You want #407057, that's the PCDU for the SP8300. Not sure of the difference between it and the older 402960, or whether or not they're compatible.

You might both be right. The EDP code number is for end user replacement. If the customer want the tech to install it use the service spare number.
