I try icm files and use cmyk profile but still doesnt gives me orginal colours. Also I play with gamma setting in print sp mode 1104 but this doesnt do anything.

Have you calibrated the printer??? User tools, maintenance button, auto color calibration. Do the copy side , then do ALL of the Printer modes.......

Dont use CMYK profile use RGB's. I have changed that on Mac's before with big differences in results.

Its always a problem if the customer expects production quality form an office color machine. Red is a real bitch to match.

Make sure the machine is calibrated, and the screens aswell. You can see more colors on the screen than on a printed page.
        Whatever

Always bear in mind when looking at the difference in color between a PC monitor and a laser printed image that they use different color modes. Your PC uses RGB, is light sourcing and is generated on a mostly black background. A laser printed image is CMYK, is either light absorbing or reflecting and is printed on media that may or may not be pure white, usually not. RGB is additive, CMYK is subtractive. Room lighting will have a larger effect on printed images as a printed page cannot produce any portion of the color spectrum that is not present in the light it is viewed under.

              Said like a pro.

Then you get color casting where the colors around the image influence the color on the printed media. Paint everything else in the office in gray scale get rid of anything non achromatic. D50 for daylight and D65 a whiter light.

And use a heavier paper weight. In the US most offices use 20# bond. What is on the back side of the paper tends to bleed though. At least 28# bright white is better for color rendition.
