    RICOH MP 5002 (Cutting Edges)

    Salve a tutti

    Cosa devo controllare?

    Grazie

    Hello everyone

I have a printer RICOH MP 5002 that at printing cuts the top and bottom edges .
This is the only and only on the first drawer .
Bypass the prints are made properly .
The printer prints correctly , but if I have the documents with the writing on the bottom and top these are cut .
I checked in SP MODE menu and feed and ' everything OK .
I note that on this printer a week ago ' and ' changed the developer and drum .
    What should I check ?

if tray 2 and bypass is correct...there may be a setting on 1 that is causing this. have you printed out a SMC out of tray 1? if so, does it print ok? if it does, sounds like whatever program is printing may be thinking something else

      Tradotto
I tried to print the pattern on the Tray 1 and comes out from the sheet.
How do I fix this ?
Tray 2 format A3 , with format a4 I have the same problem

ok, first thing I would check is the paper guides. the ones on front and back to see if they are where they are supposed to be. I usually remove paper and slide them all the way to inside. there may be a gap on one side. usually indicates the teeth on the guides are broken and will slip when loading paper.

                The guides are ok.
If the paper in tray 1 is positioned in vertical position the problem is present . In horizontal position nothing problems.
The paper in Tray 2 and Bypass is in horizontal position.
When the paper in TRAY 1, Tray 2, is in position vertical having problems.

                The guides are ok
                Thanks
