4502 Won't size paper

If you load 8.5 x 11 lef machine says load 11x 15. Load 8.5x11 sef machine says load a4. Moved sensors around trying to change the load size. Replaced df mainboard. df3070,Firmware is up to date except for adf. it won't load. Any thoughts on this?

does it happen on all trays? perhaps the market region isn't set up properly?
