    Ricoh MP C4500

The color registration is off on this Ricoh MP C4500. I can go into the maintenance menu after pressing user tools/counter button and perform the color calibration page but when I try to perform the color registration the machine runs for a few minutes then stops and and says it is unable to perform adjustment. I have attached a sample of the color calibration page and a sample of a color copy. The machine also has the same problem when executing a print job. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For what it is worth, it would probably be better if you post your question here:

That's where the vast majority of people with Ricoh experience are.
    Good luck!

I have seen this issue a couple of times and changing the developer in all units fixed the problem.

Run the Line Position Adjustment in SP's. I have also had good luck toning up, if the color bars are too light or splotchy (paper can also be a factor).
