    Problem with RSS cable call service

    Hi guys,

    One of my customers has a SPC430DN displaying "problem with rss cable call service"
    All is working as it should but I cannot get the message to go away.
    Device is connected by ipv4 dhcp only
    USB not in use.
    Reset all I can think of but message is still on display with no cables attached to the printer.

    Anyone come across anything like this in the past?

      Check SP 5816. If it is set to 1, change to 0.

          First thing I checked already set to 0

              You may also want to try SP 5801 017 CCS - Resets or deletes the CSS-related data.
