    MP 6000, SR 4030 jamming

Hi! I have problem with Jams 101 and 102, (finisher entry). Rollers which should take paper in finisher doesn't even start. This causes jaming in R1-R2. I cleaned all rollers and photo sensor at entry, but with no results. Any idea?

If you turn the machine completely off and unplug it from the wall socket, and then turn the machine back on, does the finisher initialize as well as the machine? If not, the finisher connection may need closer inspection.
(Sorry, can't see your machine so I had to ask.)

If the machine has been improperly moved, someone may have grabbed the finisher entry guide. This can bend the guide and/or the frame bracket that it mounts to. Either one will cause jams. Check the bracket as it is also the bottom plate at the first set of rollers in the finisher. If the plate is bent, it can be in contact with the roller and keep it from turning.
