MP3350 sc798

Hi Guys

Anybody have a discription of SC798 (Finisher) on a MP3350. The manuals only shows SC792. The machine works with the sc code displayed in the lower left corner. As soon as i open one of the finisher doors, the machine will indicate door open and will not reset when i close it. I then have switch the machine on and of to get it working again.

Any ideas?

A SC 798 occurs with a SR3050 Finisher installed.
NOTE: The description for the SC798 was accidentally omitted from the D017/D018/D019/D020 Service
Manual. The revised pages have been attached to this bulletin.
CAUSE:
The Finisher Lift tray is bound up. The finisher tray cannot move freely due to binding or incorrect alignment.
SOLUTION:
Perform the following procedure:
1. Remove the Lift Tray Motor.
2. Let the Lift Tray Motor bottom out.
3. Reinstall the Lift Tray Motor.

2. Let the Lift Tray Motor bottom out.

3. Reinstall the Lift Tray Motor.
