    Mpc4502 jam 195

    Hi everyone

    i have a sr3110 finisher in a mpc4502

there re is a intermittent jam in the finisher with a jam code of 195 (finisher exit)

as the stack feed out belt is driving to turn the paper on to the shift tray it jams. Leaving the stapled booklet half fed out. The pawls on the stack feed out belt are ok.

Anyone had had this problem before??

Dirty exit sensor or worn sponge rollers is the usual culprit

The 2 sponge rollers on the exit tray are new. If this is what you mean?

those are the ones the sensor sits inside the black plastic plate above those where the paper exits its difficult to see but it gets covered in dust.

Thanks for that il check it over tomorrow. I've ordered a gathering roller just above the staple unit just to buy me some time.
