Ricoh MPC3500 service mode, It does not come

We have to press a combination not to go into service mode!!
Entering SP Mode
1. Press the "Clear Mode" key
2. Use keypad to enter "107"
3. Hold down "Clear/Stop" for 3 seconds at least.
4. Enter the Service Mode.
Can you help, what is the reason ?

Press CLEAR MODE(yellow) key,
Press 1 , 0 , 7
Press and hold down CLEAR/STOP (red) key for more 5 sec.
Press in the SP Mode( on the touch pane)
