    SC672

    Dear All

    I am facing problem SC-672 in Ricoh MP2852SP.
    I check 512MB ram but fault still remains.
    when we switch on the machine main motor turns on and after few seconds turn off and after that machine generates SC672.
    Kindly guide me what to do.

      - Controller stalled
      - Controller installed incorrectly
      - Controller board defective
      - Operation panel harness disconnected or defective

          Check the IPU board...
          If you have the chance replace it with another machine

              Try disconnecting the HDD, that is the usual cause on this model
