Fiery on a Richo prints out Demo on the prints

Hello

I have a Richo MPC 6501sp that has a fiery with it. When my customer prints using it the word demo is printed on the pages. I do not have a lot of experience with either fierys or Richos and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I have even less experience on fierys than you do (I can identify the fiery logo four out of five times, and I can carry a box containing a fiery, and that's about it), but at least I would start by looking for a stamp or watermark function.
Sorry if that was a waste of time.

I think you need to have the USB License Dongle in one of the usb slots of the Fiery to get rid of the Demo water mark.

I agree with totoro. The fiery server is still in demo mode which indicates that it has not been properly activated. I believe that activation is done through EFI.
