mp9002 sp (functional problem )

hi all

i have problem with ricoh mp9002 after 5 copy its give me message (functional problem ) -restart

and then after restart the machine and its ready ..when i make 5 copy its give me the the same message (functional problem )

any one can help me please

action :
1- i do firmware for (engine+ system copy ) and its not solve the problem

The functional error masks an SC code, print off logging data and tell us which SC code is being logged please, we can't help without knowing that

you can turn off the auto reboot feature in SP mode, then the machine will display the error code and not reboot by itself..................

SC 5875-001, SC Auto Reboot. Set it to 1.

Check the SC code History, if a reboot occurs you can see it because of the "*" after the code ...example:SC 300 *
Normally this machines have often SC 300 (corona wire) or SC 495 (Toner bank error)
