MPC4502 Frequent Power Supply Got Damaged

Hi! We had replaced 4 PSU in three months on this MPC4502 machine. I'm planning to replace AC drive board together with a new PSU. The machine is connected to a power regulator. Does anyone had experienced like this? Thanks in advance.

Yes, only one fuse always busted. Previously, we let an electronic technician checked the PSU, he said an IC damaged and not available in the market.

What environment is the machine I ?
i've had lots of power supplies blow in customers that deal with carbon e.g boat builders, aircraft assembly anyone that deals in carbon fibre & resin environments. The Fans on the machine suck in the carbon dust & blow boards especially PSU

When you say you have a regulator attached, do you mean an ESP or Innovolt brand? These are the two that Ricoh officially recognizes. If so then you should be able to warranty any damage.
