[Jamming] Aficio 2090

Copier was running like a champ. Started jamming in the reg area. Cleared the codes and I'm getting a reg sensor hit and a Duplex transport sensor 3 (stay open) hit.
I've cleaned the reg sensor and dusted out the area and cleaned the roller. I've replaced the gears in the back recently (200k?) Everything looks tight. It will run along for a bit then jam again. Sometimes runs for a couple minutes and sometimes 20 seconds. Any thoughts out there? I have tried a different duplex tray and flipping paper and all that jazz....

Depending on the amount of clicks on the machine, you might check the developer unit for leaks. If it is leaking, the developer tends to fall on the feed clutches which can cause something like that.
This is kind of unlikely, but you might want to check that the paper size and type displayed on the touch panel agrees with the paper actually in the trays.
