Lanier of 235/ aficio 3025 admin login. I hit some setting on user tools admin locked

Help.they wanted a sub account.I hit user tools, then admin and user tools.now I'm locked out.service code 7810 not there. And then a parking ticket.hytec doesn't know if pass word "supervisor " don't work.I'm in a bad place as it's an attorney's office. Any help very much appreciated, Jim

Log in as supervisor and no password.
Reset admin password as null.

Next time google the problem.
All our fixes will show up if you phrase it right.

ok, thank you. for some strange reason, i repeatedly tried admin, administrator, supervisor and could never get in. then after many attempts, i was then able to get in thru both. but then it wouldnt let me change or open the pages i needed to change back. it kept informing me that i didnt have the permission to open that. but i never entered a new password. and the original change i made, i didnt have to log on, other than the customers log in name where it says enter name or key counter. and it never asked for a password at first. so i tried several more times and then i was able to turn off admin authentication from on back to off and then uncheck the printer window. thank god. i was also able to get some input from another IT tech. man, sometimes it dont pay to get out of bed. but if you don't, then you definitely wont make any money. i really appreciate your assistance. have a great evening, Jim

You can flush the Ricoh setup back to factory setting using Telnet ..... works like magic

1. Enable the Telnet Command in Windows

2. Remote Maintenance by telnet

3. Using telnet

4. access

You need to log in to WIM as supervisor and check to see if someone set up multiple admin accounts with different names and passwords. You can set up as many as 4 with each having different rights. Supervisor can only work on admin account names, passwords and types (Machine administrator, Network Administrator, etc)

so, is the WIM the console i log into at the customers computer browser? funny, i got so flustered yesterday i hadnt even thought of that. guess im so used to doing things either at copier, or just within the windows devices and printers and going to the printer properties. i will look when i get back. thank you very much. have a great weekend, Jim
