[Error Code] mp 9000 headache

hi i have mp 9000 do sc440 first i cleaned transfer unit and running good after two months .no respons i replaced transfer belt. and works good. today customer call me it's revealed in a3 only. i suspect is paper moisture i maked one copy a3 and code pops up. i taked the same paper and put it again in that tray and exit without any code. threre is some way to turn off moisture sensor. or any clue please

If its the Paper and if its like the MP8000 range it could be as simple as Connecting the Tray Heaters as they don't come plugged in on the MP8000 range.

MP 9000 (Katana) ? most of i encounter the transfer harness is cut (one of wires)
