[Misc] Pro 1107ex IPDS advice

Morning all, happy Friday

A client is having trouble installing IPDS on this device.

When he tries to merge it with the SD containing printer/scanner it fails.

He's been doing some research, and has been told our sales guy has supplied the wrong IPDS.

He has epd 404288 which he's been told is for the printer only version, and needs epd 404266 for the ex version.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

According to the Product Support Guide, the original IPDS option is IPDS Unit Type 1357EX EDP code 404265. It is unique to the model line. 404266 would be the first updated version.

Original IPDS option for the printer model is IPDS Unit Type 1357 EDP code 404285. 404288 is an updated version for the printer only.
