    MPC3002 Halo effect around text

    Hi everyone,

Having an issue with a MPC 3002 where im getting a halo effect around black text. Not sure if its a dev related issue as k dev unit only done 60k.
    Anyone had this problem?

As tonnerboy says, a sample would be good. Having said that, "halos" are generally caused by the developer brush height being too high or too low. In the "old" days you could adjust the mag brush height by moving the number seven magnet in the developing sleeve up or down. Can't say for sure without seeing a sample but I would look at developer unit first. It could also be overtoned but that would (should) be fairly obvious.

Do you get the issue when you print out pdf multiple pages in printer features in users tools?

Solved. Was waiting for a sample from our engineer as I had not seen the issue in person, and only went on his description. Turns out to be a fusing issue lol! Using thicker stock. Happy Friday.
