Printing PDF 417 on Ricoh SP 4310 /4210

Does anybody knows how i print QrCodes on these printers on SAP enviroment ? my customer is tryning to , but is not working , instead of QrCode , are printing many characters

My guess would be that it is a document security feature either in Adobe or the SAP environment. Try opening the file in Irfanview and see if it will print from there. If it displays the QrCode properly in Irfanview but does not print, it is the SAP environment. If it shows as the same character string in Irfanview, it is Adobe. You may need to contact Adobe or SAP for a workaround.
