Is this a good running copier or does it have a particular ongoing problem that I should be aware of? We don't usually do Ricoh but we have a customer that's looking for a cheap multi-function and these look like a decent copier.

Re: Ricoh MP2501SP
These are decent in a low volume environment, as it is a 60k dev/drum PM cycle, that you won't get much over, which seems low compared to another brand we service. Problems with dev leakage into developer drive gears, but replacing the dev housing every other PM avoids this.
I believe Ricoh went to a 120k PM cycle on the newest 25 & 30 cpm's
But it is a low cost (read lots of plastic) machine, few service bulletins and running OK on the 15 we have out. Running about .015 actual cost
