how do you shut off the sleep timer and auto off. this one goes into sleep mode and the fax system sometimes doesn't work. i'd like to keep the machine on at all times until i physically shut the main switch off. thanks

update firmware, as there is a TSB for this exact issue (302 Found)
You know the User Tools, Timer Settings to max out - although i've seen issues when both panel off & energy saver is set to the same time.
Are you looking for the trick to disable the solenoid and never have it kick off?
