The paper stops in the registration area. It's clear that it's not activating. I have cleaned the sensors that I could find, I don't know this model at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Re: Ricoh mp c6000 problem
Is the B4 guide broken? What jam code is it giving you? It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Re: Ricoh mp c6000 problem
Hi. Does it stop before the sensor or as it's coming out through the mylair? If before it's not the sensor or if after it probably is but that sensor gets mega dusty and if I go to the machine I always give it a blow...and the sensor :0). Use a damp finger tho or cloth as this will stop any static and causing dust to be attracted to it. Check sensor connections also as they can get caught up. One other thing is the old gag. Check to see if there is a piece of paper stuck at the back of the machine.
Thanks.Comment

If it jambs on single copy only, then it may be a dirty rego sensor.....
