Samsung CLP320 belt issue

    Samsung CLP320 belt issue

    Hi, does anybody have some info about this CLP320 machine?
    Therefore, on pc is message something wrong with belt (maybe that need replacement of transfer belt-i didn't see pc and didn't connect it yet) and on the machine panel is lighting red light.
    So, is it available some software reset or is necessary to change belt with new one (some chip on belt or similar)?
    I am technician-not end user, but I'm trained for Sharp mfp's.

    I haven't seen any answers for Samsung printers here on the "Other Brands" forum.
    There are a very few on the Samsung copier forum, but it looks like you are not alone with transfer belt questions.
    For what it is worth, here is the latest thread on that issue with answers that might help:

    I rarely see Samsung equipment, and only MFPs at that. So I'm assuming that the prefix "CLP" refers to printers. I'm sorry if I got that wrong.
