CLX-8380ND - Can't register your job, because machine is initializing

Have CLX-8380ND as title says. When going to make a copy the message that shows up when hitting the start button is "Cant register your job, because machine is initializing. Rebooting the machine will correct this error for awhile.

Have done memory clear. No errors seem to show up in log either. Have changed drums and toners are more than 25%.

I had one I could not update software because a fax job was in it. After I deleted the job I was able to update software. I would try and update software if no jobs exist to be deleted.
